Purpose: Demonstrate operation of an analog synthesizer.
Description: The ARP 2600 was a top-quality analog synthesizer when it was manufactured in 1975; unfortunately analog synthesizers are now obsolete. However, this device can be used to create a large number of sounds and effects. An instruction manual containing patch charts for a large number of sounds is available with the instrument. This instrument is complex, and difficult to operate without patch charts or detailed knowledge of operation of such instruments.
